Privacy Policy

Meetly (go-meetly.com) is a scheduling service. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how you can control it.

Data we collect

Account data: name, email address, timezone and password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text).

Scheduling data: event types, availability schedules, bookings, and the answers invitees provide on booking forms.

Invitee data: name, email address, timezone and language of people who book a meeting, provided by them at booking time.

Google user data

If you connect Google Calendar, Meetly requests access to your calendar events (calendar.events and calendar.readonly scopes).

We use this access only to: (1) read your free/busy times so booked slots are excluded from your availability, and (2) create, update and delete calendar events (with Google Meet links) for meetings booked through Meetly.

We store OAuth tokens encrypted at rest in our database and never share them. We do not read event contents beyond free/busy status, and we never use Google data for advertising.

Meetly's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from the Integrations page; this stops all calendar access. You can also revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

How we use data

To provide the service: computing availability, creating bookings, sending booking confirmations, reminders and follow-up emails.

We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.

Data retention & deletion

Data is retained while your account is active. Contact us to delete your account and associated data; disconnecting an integration deletes the related access tokens.
